Software Development Manager (BE)

Job description

Our software products are already in use at many large organisations across the world, but we want to become even more successful in the next decade. In order to realise our ambitious goals, we need to reinforce our Product team.

As Software Development Manager you will be part of a product development team coordinated by a Product Manager. Your work will consist of the following important tasks:

· translate product strategy into a development strategy

· plan and coordinate development work

· support the development team

· control the quality of the code

 
Is this your profile?

· You have a university, high school or computer science degree

· You have at least 5 years of experience with software development

· You have extensive knowledge of Java and C/C++

· You have at least 2 years of experience with leading a software development team

· Experience with application servers is an asset (WebSphere, JBoss)

· You have excellent communication skills

· You are a team player
