History
The company was established in August 1999 in order to focus entirely on the domain of Identity & Access Management.
The founders started this activity already in 1997, as it was anticipated that the Internet Era would not only boost the demand for security solutions, but also introduce new requirements for e-business. Since the establishment SecurIT is working closely together with IBM. Today SecurIT is its most knowledgeable Business Partner in Europe, with over 10 years of practical experience in this field. The company is primarily using IBM Tivoli Security portfolio (Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager etc.).
Based on the knowledge and experience obtained in large scale projects and the ability to listen carefully to the customer, the founders of SecurIT decided to develop own software products, complementing the offerings of large IAM vendors. The SecurIT portfolio contains solutions as TrustBuilder, D-Man and RoleManager. Through a worldwide partner network, SecurIT sells and support its software solutions to large organizations outside the Benelux.
