Customers of SecurIT's software solutions with a valid maintenance agreement receive a unique user ID and password to access the support services described in the maintenance agreement. Using this facility will ensure that the proper service levels can be provided.

IBM Tivoli Security Solutions

Product support for IBM Tivoli solutions is handled through the proper channels provided by IBM. However, SecurIT provides an extended support offering to help its customers in problem determination, configuration requests, update/upgrade information, etc. This service package contains a preventive and pro-active maintenance part with regular and scheduled site visits and access to SecurIT's helpdesk.

SecurIT resells a number of solutions from partner-vendors and provides a first line helpdesk facility for its customers with a valid maintenance contract.
